What started out as a group of friends getting together to have fun and make music, quickly turned into a community of people eager to learn and creatively express themselves musically.
At Keys to Muse, we champion the idea that every individual possesses the innate ability to learn, create, and revel in the joy of making music. Founded on this principle, our mission is to inspire belief through music
The curriculum and teaching methods at Keys to Muse have been uniquely designed and draw on principles taught in Contemporary Pop/Rock Theory, Jazz Music Theory, Community Music, Classical Music theory, Educational Psychology and so much more. These schools of thought have been combined in order to provide a music-learning experience that is effective, efficient, and enjoyable.

CALEB CORBIN
Founder
Through his love for music and passion for people, Caleb founded Keys To Muse. Caleb is a professionally trained musician with his Honours in Music from the Wits School of Arts. He has experience in music education and training, choir singing, worship leading, child education, youth development, community music, psychology and so much more. The culture and direction of Keys To Muse are inspired by Caleb and his team.
ARIEL LEAH
Piano and Guitar Tutor
Ariel is a compassionate and enthusiastic musician. She has a great love for piano and guitar and has a passion for sharing this love with others. Her desire to teach has come from leading a marimba band in high school and seeing how much joy and impact it brought, not only to the audience but especially to the players. Her ability to facilitate has come from leading the music team at her church. In 2019, Ariel was the recipient of the Johannesburg East District Music Subject Award. These experiences have provided her with various skills and techniques that are foundational to a musical journey.
BRITTANEY JADE
Guitar, Vocal and Piano Tutor

This quote is what inspired Brittaney to teach music. Brittaney has been teaching and working in the music industry for 10 years. While completing her Bachelors in musical performance, she got bitten by the teaching bug and has loved it ever since.
Her bubbly and outgoing personality has played a big part in captivating the love and passion of her students, children, and adults alike. Brittaney was Musical Director for several major school productions including The Addams Family Musical and has just recently arrived home from Dubai where she had the opportunity to perform at various prestigious hotels and venues in and around Dubai.
Brittaney specializes in Guitar, Vocals, and Piano making her the perfect fit for our team.
KENDAL LOUIS
Piano Tutor
Talented, trustworthy, patient. These are just a few of the words that describe this invaluable member of our team. Kendal Perumal is truly an amazing pianist and an even better teacher. She started playing piano from the age of 7 and has not stopped since. She has a passion for teaching children and adults, alike and has been doing so for 6 years. Her enthusiasm to see people grow and develop in music is what drives her and makes her such an asset to the team.
